I'm sorry I haven't been posting much lately. Actually...I'm not that sorry, because in all honesty it just means I've been busy.

I hope you're all doing well. We're all doing well down here - the weather is great (it's not rainy season...yet), and I'm loving every day here. Sure there's the ups and downs and all-arounds, but really overall it's wonderful.

Today was an interesting day. I'd rather talk about it to people on a one-on-one basis...but since that can't happen...well I really think you'll just have to wait.

I hate to do this to you...but it was just that type of day.

Things are great, I really am enjoying it here.

It's bedtime now...must be up in the morning for another day.

Day One

Well I'm here.

I did my best to try to catch up on sleep today. It didn't work out very well, especially considering I almost fell asleep in church tonight. I was sitting in the front row though, so I forced myself awake for fear of the pastor bringing it to the whole congregation's attention. 

I'm looking forward to the next four months. I'm pretty sure I'm going to like it more than I thought I would have.
